Motorola's Moto X Style smartphone has started receiving the Android 6.0
Marshmallow update in India. This comes just 10 days after the company
announced that it will start seeding the update soon.
The Android 6.0 update brings the following features to the Moto X Style:
* Better memory management
* Google Now on Tap
* Doze and App Standby for improved battery life
* System UI Tuner
* Do Not Disturb button
* Deeper app permissions
* Direct Share
The Marshmallow update will also remove Moto Assist, Motorola Migrate and the Google Chrome extension found in Motorola Connect from these two models.
With Moto X Style and Moto X (Gen 2) paving the way for the official Marshmallow rollout, the other Motorola smartphones scheduled to get the update may receive it soon.
